No, you can also buy products from us without a Shop for Covers account. Of course, before you place your order permanently, we do need some information about you. When you have found a product, simply place it in your shopping basket by clicking on the orange 'in cart' button on this product. You will find the status of your order(s) at the top of the page by clicking on 'my order status'.
After we have received your payment, the order is final, and you will receive an email from us containing the order confirmation. Once DPD has picked up and scanned the package from us, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including Track & Trace link. Via this link, you can see where your order is and when you can expect the package.
This can only be done if your order is still in our warehouse and has not yet been picked up by DPD. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service (+31(0)850 185 042) as soon as possible after you place your order so that they can cancel it if possible. If your order has already left our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel it. However, you may decide to refuse the package when it is delivered to you. Of course, after the reception, you can also return the product, although you should ensure its undamaged and in the original packaging.
